I love Tropical Smoothie and tend to order the same thing every time, but the past 2-3 times I?ve ordered from this store my... order has been messed up to the point where I cannot eat my sandwich or drink my smoothie. Terrible management of the store ! It's the only place in the vicinity but the employees make the orders at least 20% of the... time wrong. The manager is never at the store, just newly hired employees. I love the food in tropical smoothie and I wish therewas a better management here. Read more

I?m only bothering to leave a review because of how disappointed I am. I?ve had tropical smoothie mocha madness in several... different states. But this was by far the worst one I have ever had. It was literally chocolate flavored ice that I couldn?teven use a straw with. They didn?t even bother to blend the smoothie which is what they are known for making. Probablywouldn?t have added less than 30 seconds to the prep but made a world of difference for me and the money I wasted. I regretthis purchase and this tropical smoothie is in the running for the worst one in America as far as I am concerned. Read more
