I ordered Uber eats from this location (salad, chips and guac). Upon arrival, there were no chips. I?m pregnant and was really... craving chips so I called the restaurant and told them. They were so nice and apologetic on the phone. They sent an employee tomy house with chips, complimentary queso and a gift card for $10. The employee took full responsibility (even though he reallydid not need to) and was very apologetic. They went above and beyond to make a small mistake right. It's not true mexican food it America white people mexican food. Don't get me wrong still great food. Have been here many times.... But if your looking for authentic mexican this is not the place. Great pork bbq tacos. And the spicy salsa was fabulous. The best meal I?ve ever had at T-flats.
Great atmosphere, friendly professional staff, the restaurant is very clean all around. As soon as we walked in we were greeted... by a friendly staff member, she told us a little bit about each carnitas dish that was part of the New Cranked Up Menu Items. Wepicked the Spicy Habanero Carnitas Burrito and the Chipotle BBQ Pork Tacos along with the Dueling Queso and Chips. I loved thetacos, the bbq sauce was not overpowering and you were able to taste every ingredient. My husband had the burrito and he lovedthe spice level and said it was really filling. The dueling queso and chips was great for us because I am more of a white quesolover and he enjoys yellow queso, perfect dish to share.
