I was soooo excited to come here only to be let down. First, the service was okay. He was cool, attentive for the most part and... he did his job ya know. The issue I had was the food. Oommmgggg everything tasted bland. I order fried shrimp, fish and Coleslaw with Cajun fries..mozzarella stick for appetizer?even the mozzarella sticks were bland. If the food had flavor, it wouldhave been on point. Now?my sister got a boil with corn, potatoes and eggs with Cajun sauce?.now that was good?I should havejust ordered corn in the juice and ate that lol. My Boyfriend and I ordered the fried shrimp basket meals two nights in a row! Since we moved to the Orlando area about 5 months... ago we?ve been looking for a replacement for our favorite place Mr. Shrimp in Pembroke Pines, FL. Plenty of seating available. I've seen a DJ playing there on one of my other visits. That seemed odd for a seafood restaurant.... Pricing and service were standard. Seasoning and spicy level were good but oil based vs butter based. No wow factor but wouldcome back. Read more
All I can say is wow!!! Nan the manager!!! She was great! I like my food extra hot and let me tell u? it was not right at first... but Nan the manager definitely is how I think all managers should be!! She made sure my food was corrected and her customerservice is outstanding!!! I will be eating here again and she even told me how to order my food so that it is made correctly forthe next time! My pregnant friend was in the hospital and sent me here for food. I decided to sit and have a drink while waiting for my order. ... Li made awesome drinks and provided great customer service. He was very attentive to my questions and gave great food selectionsfor me to try. I'd never been here. There was a lady that got very rude with him for no reason and he still served her aspleasant as possible. I met George, the manager and he's a cool guy. He stopped by the bar area I was sitting at and asked howwas the food. He also sent congratulations to my friend in the hospital. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and goagain. Read more
