Ordered the first time and got someone else's order with my receipt on the bag. Got the refund then ordered again to find out... that it must've been a sign from God not to order after the first time since the burgers are obviously expired frozen patties.I'm sadly eating hot cheetos and drinking Welch's grape juice. We ordered through Uber eats and ordered 2 Burgers and a large fry. Unfortunately we did not receive our burgers and the fries... were INEDIBLE due to the dump truck load of salt on them, and I really like salt so this was not a personal preference thing. Ontop of them being way over seasoned, they were all unevenly cooked with some of them still being raw and crunchy in the center.Uber refunded us for the burgers and when I politely called to inform the restaurant of the situation, the manager on duty wasalmost dismissive and rushed me off the phone. I'd give 1 star if I was not refunded but I will not order from here again. Thisplace will forever been known as The Disappointing Burger Exerience to me. Read more

Burgers are soggy and just taste bad. Ordered fries with salt and pepper and they were plain and soggy. Burger King has a better... burger than The Burger Experience. Hopefully they improve because this place won't last with 5 Guys and Smash Burger in thesame outdoor mall. Read more
