We called ahead hours in advance for a larger party. Arrive with everyone at the intended time. We're told we still have to wait... 30 minutes for a table. After 25 minutes we're told that they could seat us at split tables not even close to reach other...Still waiting to be seated 20 minutes later. Why even bother asking large parties to call if you aren't going to accommodatethem? We were finally seated. John is doing a wonderful job with our table. Additional update: Food took almost an additionalhour to be served, Steaks all arrived cold. They were all delicious and well cooked, just cold. To the point my son was eatinghis steak bites with his bare hands... Management finally came by at our request and offered to recook, but at that point it hadbeen 2 and a half hours and we were just ready to go. 5 stars to the wait staff, 3 to management, but the review stays at onebecause of the ridiculous seating policy. I would imagine our experience would have been better as group of 3-4 people.... Read more
Always a good classic chain! They were efficient, had good recommendations, and hot and fresh food! This location is near the... airport, so there is always a ton of people trying to get in. Rolls are freshly made and are delicious. Steaks are great andthey have great porkchops! It is however a bit loud, and sometimes you will wait a bit for your drinks. My cocktail was watereddown by the time I received it, and my waiter was very gracious about swapping it out for me. It is worth stopping by andchecking out. Be sure to give it a try! Read more
Order pick up. My order was completed 11 mins earlier than I was originally quoted, which I thought strange. Well…it’s not... strange when they give you a raw steak. Cut into my steak when I got home and it was purple. Had to recook it. Read more
Food excellent as always. Our server Kassady was very friendly and attentive, manager as well.
Atmosphere was great same as other locations. Waiting was a bit long but was expected for dinner time. Meat was great and cooked... to perfection. Love dining at this restaurant. Read more
My favorite steakhouse chain, and this particular location exemplifies the best of it. Great food, friendly and lively... atmosphere, fast and great service. Steak is of course the big draw, but I’m a fan of their pulled pork and the grilledchops, too. Read more
