The food is wonderful, but the true asset of this place is their staff! Oriana is amazing! She always has the best attitude and... makes this an out of the world experience!!! Pretty sure that the bad reviews you read about service are because people doesn?tlike to comply with the rules. Read more

I went to lunch with great enthusiasm since I am a lover of pasta and pizza! It was sad and disappointing my visit to this... restaurant. First I must admit my mistake in not reading the ingredients that they vary in traditional recipes, they are notsmall variations, they are quite different from the original recipes. My order was quite large: an appetizer, children's menu,a carbonara, pasta alla ruota, chicken parmigiana and a large pizza. First observation: my 5-year-old nephew was forced to giveup his drink due to restaurant policies, it is the first time in 8 years that I have had this type of experience with a smallchild? Second observation: the food takes TOO LONG to come out of the kitchen, and please do not justify that they prepare thedishes at the moment one by one, since my experience in other restaurants where they prepare each dish at the moment does nottake so long... in the end one waits with great expectation and the sad thing is yet to come?the worst Italian fusion foodwhatever you want to call it! the milanese parmigiana pure bread overcooked and dry, I paid extra to change to Alfredo sauce, aflavorless sauce that could only be passed with Parmesan cheese... this was my son's dish that I try to eat because of thehunger we had for wait so long the WORST of the afternoon was the carbonara, some noodles flavored with raw purple onion, without any kind of pleasant flavor, totally inedible, a carbonara that I had never seen in my life with peas, onion and piecesof bacon fat, I was not going to to do this review but the bad attitude of the waitress forces me to do it?when I called her andfirst apologized for not reading the ingredients?I explained that the flavors were really very bad?she responded with a very badattitude? the next pasta I can't even describe the taste?just inedible, I didn't return it, I just didn't want to be theunfriendly customer who returns everything, but that had a taste that I will never forget, I don't know how Read more

As neighbors of this "restaurant" it is very convenient for us to bike here and have a family dinner. We biked there and as soon... as we arrive, this irritated person comes out to say" you can not have bikes here" so I moved them away. Before coming here, Itook my son to the ice cream shop next door so he can have his ice cream and we all can eat relax. Our waitress comes out andbrings us water, plates etc. She mentions the policy about not bringing food from outside when my 2 yrs old son is eating an icecream, is not like we are all having something or bringing other stuff. So I assumed that babies are not welcome here if theycant consume their products and services, what a joke of a place! After she mentions the policy, she says and i quote: "Its okthis time, but just so you know for the next one. This time is ok, WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE AWAY YOUR SON'S ICE CREAM." To whichimmediately I responded "Oh I bet you wont take his ice cream away". REALLY!? I suggest you all get some etiquette on how totreat customers. Manners, respect, policies, WOW! Good luck staying in business with the amazing other pizza places near by.Thanks for ruining our experience and my families bike ride. Read more

This is not a nice place to dine in in peace. The way they treat customers is sickening. Even though we had already ordered a... pizza and soda. We weren?t allowed to dine in because I had a cooler with water and vitamin C. Another good thing was the factthat we were charged the sodas even though we didn?t even touched it. ?It?s the policy of the restaurant that no one is allowedto bring in any type of drinks to the restaurant, therefore we cannot wait on you?. That was the only explanation we weregiven, plus an ironic ? good night? from the owner herself. Thanks Tartini Express ???? Read more
