Whoever the manager was that worked at 11:53pm on 8/31/22 needs to either A.) Find a new job that doesn?t involve spreading his... bad attitude and misery around to customers Or B.) Learn how to properly greet guests and communicate in an effective and morepolite manner. Not only was this clown of a manager rude at the box, he was giving me dirty looks when i got to the window. Heis a darker skin toned man with his hair in a bun and a mustache. He was working the drive thru tonight and really needs to gofind a warehouse job or something. I can?t say I?ve had many experiences at a quick service restaurant like this that would make me feel so welcome and needing to... write a review. The food is tasty and on par with what you?d expect to order at a Taco Bell, but the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Veryfriendly, courteous, and welcoming, and the drive-thru experience is quick and efficient - especially when taking advantage ofthe app?s mobile order option. Taco Bell has always something new and tasty. Years ago I got to be a test taster for a couple of weeks in their Irvine,... California headquarters. The chefs were trying out lots of different chicken tacos and burritos at the time. It was a funexperience. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while. Some items were new to me and quite good. At least twice now I had to wait in the drive thru lane without ordering because they were cash only. They never put out a sign... or anything so people know. They wait until you are in line to tell you. So lazy. Update: it is 11/27/22 and it is up to 4times in 3 weeks that they have been cash only and didn't give any indication.
