Employees would not serve anyone at the front counter. You were forced to order from the kiosk. Once my order was in, an... employee yelled to the crowd of customers that were patiently waiting for their food, that it would be a minimum of 30 minutes!I will never return to this location again. Waited 40 minutes to get fast food? Food was just warm and not good, the drink dispenser had no mixer in any of the Pepsis so it... was just water with gas and the sauce trays had nothing in. Dirty toilets and tables. I would strongly recommend avoiding thisrestaurant. Read more
This was my first time and last time in Taco bell. The branch on international drive in Orlando. One of the worst customer... service experience I have had in a long time. The staff behind the counter just ignored you or shouted at you when I askedabout when our order would be ready after waiting for it for 20 minutes. I was told customer service was really important inUSA. So far in Orlando I have experienced the complete opposite. Read more
Stood at the register for at least 5 mins before we had to ask if anyone was working up front?? No acknowledgment of our... presence what so ever, and no apologies either! Had to order from the kiosk instead. Dirty lobby, and lack of customer serviceand looked like only a couple of people working.
