Never have fountain drinks after you order a cup with meal. 3rd time only had Mt dew. And no ice. Food awesome!!
This is no regular Taco Bell is Taco Bell is in the middle of Downtown Orlando. When you say location, location, location this... is why, it's on the night scene munchies and day time graps. You can see everybody and nobody at this Bell, and it's cheap foodfast. They even got the modern look down. Taco Bell makes the most out of their menu, do you never know what you're getting, butthis location is more about the community it serves than just being Taco Bell! Read more

It is a Taco Bell so I don't expect much but I was in a hurry. Super slow service. Watched the employees pull cheese off... someone's order by hand. They were more interested in chatting than working. Too bad I was in a hurry. Read more
Nacho Bell grande asked for no tomatoes why did they give me no cheese and no sour cream and no refried beans. Why would I... wanted chips and beef ????. Everytime I go there they always mess stuff up. I'll go to the other one on colonial at this point. Read more

Gave me a sausage Crunchwrap when I ordered bacon. Was already gone from the restaurant without time to go back when I opened... it. Emailed them through the app about it & never heard back. Clearly they don?t care that their staff can?t make a correctorder in an empty restaurant with only 1 other person picking up to go at the time. Worst 5 people working at an establishment ever. Every one of the workers 3 women 2 men all rude. I ordered my food online in... anticipation of it being busy since it was 1am. This location is advertised as being open till 3am on Friday nights so I orderedthru the app to help skip lines. From the moment I walked in it was unpleasant. I walked directly to the pickup shelf and saw myfood was not ready yet so I sat out of the way to wait. Within 10 minutes of being there security started to harass me and tellme that the workers wanted me to get out. I calmly explained I had ordered ahead and was waiting. All the workers were laughing,cussing quite loudly, and clearly not working on my order. Eventually seeing as they hadn't seen my TOGO order on the screensin front of them they started to work on it. To top it off they refused to let anyone use the bathroom even if we had purchasedfood, with a worker blatantly laughing at me when i asked to use it. I also had paid for 2 beverages and had to ask multipletimes for a cup and then the soda machine seemed to be out of all the drinks.
