I went to Taco Bell in Hunters Creek 14 times over a 3-month period. Eight of those times they were either not open or not ready... for service. Four of the times that they were open for a service they were not able to take anything but cash. Most of the timethey did not have coffee and two of the times they didn't even have eggs available. Three of the times that I did get my orderit took over 15 minutes. I asked one of the workers which there's usually only one in the morning why it takes so longconsidering most of the time they've been open over a half hour when I'm visiting and I was told and I quote "if you're in arush go to McDonald's" . I truly think I have tried to go out of my way and ultimately now just ended up finding another TacoBell along my morning route. Read more

Went to drive thru at 10:30pm would not take any orders unless it is Uber or Doordash. They are suppose to be open until one.

Just stopped at this outlet after flying in from NYC. I ordered beef crunchy tacos. When I got to the window I was told they... were out of beef. I asked for chicken but was told they would charge me more. So I just said give it to me without anything.They charged me the same amount as if it had beef!!!!! Truly an unbelievable experience. Food was slammin'. Service was good, but the food took a little long to get. That didn't make sense because there was hardly... anyone in the store. Lol Read more

If i could give this 0 stars i would. What I just experienced here was horrible. I made a mobile order at 10:45 AM and when I... went to pick it up at 11am no one at the drive thru answered so I called the phone number of the store a young lady answeredfrom within the store and told me that they are understaffed and that they wont be serving food until 12pm and gave me attitude.So i parked and waited and when it was 12pm i noticed a worker a youngman walk into the store and the girl opened and i noticeda bunch of cars went through the drive through and went past it so i waited assuming they were getting ready to serve. It was12:30 when i went through the drive through and the same young lady from the phone finally answered but she told me that theyare closed and wont open for another hour and it sounded like she was doing weird stuff. Completely horrible experience andunacceptable. Check on your staff because they were there not wanting to work and still getting paid doing who knows what in theback. Read more

Terrible experience at this location. Website and app says they open at 10am, door to building data 8am, and at 11am they take... my money via mobile order and aren?t even open. Call the phone number and they told me it?s not their job to make food forguests. Like what even is this? Taco Bell management needs to fire the incompetent staff and start over or just close thislocation. Read more

It's just another functional Taco Bell. But that's more than enough reason to give 5 out of 5 stars. No other Taco restaurant in... my world can top the Beefy 5 Layer, the Nacho Fries, the Bacon Club Chalupa, the Soft Tacos (especially w/ added steak), BajaBlast (greatest soda ever), and everything else. As for this location itself as a Taco Bell? Well, the other two closest to mewere always Southchase and JYP-Osceola Pkwy. Both are the 90s-2000s look, which I grew up on. So not only is it awesome thatthere's a Taco Bell in Hunter's Creek, but also a bit of another planet with the modern look. It feels less Fiesta and moreGalactic, so to speak. But as per usual, the staff are friendly people you can relate to and the menu doesn't dissapoint. Read more

Opened my plain bean burrito to find a ton of ground beef inside. I usually love Taco Bell for their meatless options and have... never had an experience like this at other locations. Please train your employees better! Read more
