Super fast and accurate. I ordered a large $26 order through the app. When I arrived there were 8 cars ahead of me. They served... all those cars and had my order ready almost as soon as I got to the window. In and out in 6 minutes. Everything was in the bagand made perfectly as ordered. Update: Even better: we just stopped by this location again and they outdid themselves.Everything was perfect as always AND they actually labeled the burritos so we could tell them apart. The chips have a strange awful harsh taste to them. They are by far the worst chips I?ve ever had from any Taco Bell. I don?t... know what?s going on at this specific location for them to have a sorta chemical-like taste and smell to the chips but somethingain?t right. I thought maybe it was a bad batch the first time I had this problem a few weeks ago but again today they tasted sobad. I?ve hit up multiple other locations in between these visits and none of them have this issue. Read more

There's not an option for zero stars. One time I came here (I always come after work around 10pm) and I got the wrong order. I... was halfway home, and I wasn't turning back. Tonight I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes! I am not exaggerating. Iwaited at the intercom for five minutes before she even told me I could order. From what I observed, she takes 3 orders at atime, serves them all, AND THEN takes the next orders because after I ordered and pulled up, there were no cars in front of me.This does not work. Did I get a "sorry"? No. Did I even get any napkins? No. Needless to say, I'm a little annoyed tonight, so Ihad to review. The place needs assistance. Read more
I used to love this TB and would have rated it 5 stars until recently. They have closed the lobby permanently. And from what I... assume is a lack of employment, the drive through can be 30min to an hour long wait. Corporate, please fix this. Tia Read more

A very rude disrespectful crew, the manager Toni clarck as he claimed because (he refused to give me his full name and didn?t... put a tag on his shirt) on December 3rd at 6:00 pm East colonial drive orlando was so mean! The girl who?s taken the ordershe?s not professional at all she never know what she is doing and she gave the wrong order without the receipt and refused toexchange it , the manager incapable at all, he?s incompetent. The food came cold plus it was a long waiting!
