It's sad that after COVID this restaurant has lost its efficiency. It 4:07pm when this restaurant was closed, we waited 25 min... in the drive-through line and right we get to the window they tell us they are closed. However everyone in front of us includinga man who cut the line ( he was walking ) were able to get their meal. I understand that after the pandemic its has beencomplicated to staff adequately but at least put orange cones so people don't waste their times in a line. Read more

This is one of my favorite fast food places to eat at. My favorite meal is the extra steak power bowl with a diet Baja Blast.... This meal is very tasty, filling and low in calories. I used to eat here twice a week when I was working close by but I havesince retired. I will still frequent this establishment when I am in the area because I like the food so much. They have been abit short staffed since the pandemic so I advise a little bit of patience when ordering your meal. That is the only issue Iexperienced. For the fastest service I would recommend mobile ordering or using the drive through. Read more

This has to got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Moved to the Orlando area in April and have been going to this... location since then almost every week . And it never fails . The foods messed up or missing or just horrible around . And to topit off to be met over the drive thru mic to a very rude individual. It?s not just one it?s almost the entire night shift . Theyhave nasty attitude and 0 customer service skills . And mind you since when do you get pressured when your ordering . I gotasked if that was it after one meal and still had more to order . Over heard another employee saying ? oh my god they wanteverything . That?s completely rude first off . Then to have the girl at the drive in look at my husband and say don?t look atme like that I did not take your order . I?ll be calling corporate. Read more

It makes me very sad to say that every single time I stop by this taco bell the customer service is extremely disappointing.... There is always an item Missing from my order, and when I go in to let someone know that an item was missing I am always metwith very awkward customer service. I worked in food service when I was much younger, so I can actually relate to how much of achallenge it can be. However, I was always polite and respectful to customers, and no matter what was going on in my ownpersonal life- I always met customers with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Read more

Hadn't been to this location in over a year. I usually show up late nights, and even though the closing time says 3am, I've... dropped by at 11pm-1am several times and no one was there. I understand that it just takes longer here in the post-pandemic era,but sat in the drive-through for about fifteen minutes. Someone had pulled in behind me, so I was stuck. When they finally tookmy order, I had to repeat it two or three times. Made it to the window and they said they'd dropped a portion of my order, werere-making it, and asked that I park nearby and they'll bring out a fresh re-do. I sat in the parking lot for half anhour. Actually saw TWO different cars in the line go through, then come back through a minute or two later because their orderswere bungled, too. I gave up and drove home to cold food. Burn this place and start over. I ain't coming back. Read more
