Went to Tacobell before we went shopping with my toddler. They were super nice. They accidentally undercooked my toddler's... quesadilla and were very quick to make a fresh one for him. After having a horrific drive-thru experience next door at Wendy?s, I decided to come try this Taco Bell location, which... exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was quick and efficient, the young lady that took my order, payment and gave memy food was really warm and friendly despite the late hour (1am). I was in and out of the drive-thru in less than 5 mins. Thefood was hot, fresh and flavorful. Great experience. Read more
Just called to complain about a door dash order. They forgot my cold coffee for my combo, but still have the hot coffee I... ordered separately. What happened guys?! Not difficult at all. I guess the manager didn't like to hear me complain about herinept crew, so she set the phone down and never responded to me after I finished speaking, and will not pick up my return call.Im also working overnight and appreciate my order being correct. I am rating this a 5 due to the staff always being super awesome and never having any issues with my food. That said, it's... insane that over the last 6 months or so the drive through sign just keeps getting worse. It's literally falling apart andbroken, lights partially out. Never seen something like this at another fast food place but it's just crazy corporate or theproprietor just seem to not improve on this in any way. Read more
Closest Taco Bell to my residence. I was hungry one day and needed a quick meal to get me thru a few hours. Stopped by got a... Chalupa and an order of cinnamon twists... I do not know what is going on now, but as you can see in the photos, I got like 5twists and I just had to ask about it. I told the server, I think there are some twists missing here and she was like, nothat's the order. I told them this was unacceptable and give me another little bag (or 5 more.) What the heck? Is this howthey are staying profitable? And then they throw them in the bag, so now they are all over the bottom of the bag instead of inthe little pouch... lol 5/26 update: this place is getting on my nerves. I decided to give it another shot and look at thephotos, they threw my order half unwrapped into the bag and part of the cheese and lettuce fell out. Never dissapoints. Cheap, easy, Convenient, fast food. $5 box is the best bang for your buck at this joint! This location is... remodeled and clean. Staff was speedy and polite. Read more
