CT IS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE! Wife Went back because we were missing some tacos on our order and her reponse was ?Thats crazy, but... ok.? What kind of response is that? If you sign your self up to work with customer than use you customer service skills at alltimes! I stood with my kids eating at the house and my wife returned to get what we were missing and she made me RETURN TO THESTORE TO SHOW HER MY BAG? Like if i have needs or lieing over some dam tacos !!! This is not the first time i have an issue withher ! SOMETHING HAS TO GET DONE ! This is ridiculous! I ended up leaving her all the food since ahe made me literally take itout of my childrens mouth! ON TOP OF ALL THIS THEY CLOSED AT 8pm instead of 2AM for what ever reason, so wife had to literallyhunt them down for them to attend her and call her a lier! Read more

Do not eat here this place is unorganized and probably the worse managed ?restaurant? in Orlando. I was told we can only order... six items per vehicle (completely un heard of) after waiting for 20 minutes with my family. I was basically told that wecouldn?t order. The associate had an extremely bad attitude and basically stated ?It would be inconsiderate for us to order morethan 6 items? I was so lost. On top of everything, they seem to take cash only payments which I know is not normal protocol.This has been the worse experience I?ve had with this brand, I don?t plan on revisiting. Please talk with management and hiremore staff because I seriously feel as a consumer I was not treated fairly and almost feel embarrassed for you guys. I mainly came in for the Mountain Dew. Had a couple tacos. You usually get what you expect from Taco Bell. There was no-one to... take an order at the counter. Had to place order on the kiosk which I am not a fan of. That's the price you pay for increasingwages, I guess, but the price of the food has also doubled in recent years. Read more
First off? they have Mexican pizzas! Right off the bat Robbie was very friendly over the speaker and so nice at the window! We... had a big order and she took great care of us. Went through the drive-through on way from airport at around 11:20 PM. They told me something was down and they weren?t taking... orders. Judging from other similar reviews this has been going on for months yet the restaurant appears open and there is nosignage indicating an issue. It was a little past 10pm last Thursday when after ordering through the Taco Bell drive-thru my 10 yo daughter said she really... HAD to go to the restroom. I parked and rushed her to the door and knocked to get a lady's attention...the lady said they areclosed i pointed at my daughter and said she really has to pee and the lady opened the door reluctantly and mumbled somethingalong the lines of "if the place burns down im not responsible for you" which i didnt understand. I told her we are payingcustomers and my daughter has an emergency. She then yelled out the code numbers for the bathroom door and left behind thecounter away from us but the code number she gave us didnt work. So we told her it didnt work and she said that she would cometo help us but NEVER DID. We stood there for a good few minutes but she never showed up. I had to rush my baby to the Checkersnext door because she almost peed her pants. Had to pull into a parking spot to order our meals through the app because they apparently we're only available online (at all,... not just for a certain price or something like that but only available with the app) and we unfortunately did not notice untilwe got home that we were missing 2 key items from our 4 meals. I wish I had been more cautious checking the order beforeleaving. Otherwise they were very nice, but double check your online pickup orders. Read more
