I had a big order so I just walked in instead of going to the drive thru. I was talked to by a worker who told me someone would... be with me, so I waited for someone to come up to the register, but no one showed up after several minutes. It was like I didn'texist. Absolutely awful that I order Uber eats well before close and it?s canceled 15 minutes before close and then when I call to ask... if it?s ready so I can personally pick it up I?m hung up on? Customer service has always been horrible at this location andorders are always wrong even when going through the drive through yet I still continue to go. It?s been 12 days since I?ve beenable to eat anything and all I wanted was Taco Bell I do not recommend this place. Read more

Horrible experience. Made an order for delivery through the Taco Bell app. The delivery driver arrived at the store to pick up... my order and was informed that no fried foods were available and no substitutions were possible, the order would have to becanceled. After nearly an hour on the phone the order was finally canceled by door dash, but it apparently would be Taco Bellsresponsibility to issue a refund and it would take up to 48 hours for a refund. This was the only money I had for dinnertonight. I am also an insulin dependant diabetic. I was counting on this food to balance me out. I will go to bed hungry andpotentially be in medical distress from low blood sugars. Shame on you Taco Bell. You don't deserve even one star. Read more
