Not sure what happened in the last few months, but quality has tanked. Seems like all the employees can't be bothered to care... even 10% or at least fake like they care. They gossip amongst themselves, do as little as possible, mess up making your orderand then forget to give you sauce as they chuck the bag at you. Unfortunately Avalon has limited fast food choices withoutdriving to Waterford, but if this is the quality they're giving, then it's time to stop going here. Read more
07/01/22 @ 1130am. As I sat with my family inside this tacobell for a quick lunch we couldn't keep ourselves from listening to... all profanity coming from the kitchen area to include $hit, Vuck and other colorful language coming out of everyone in thekitchen to include the manager on duty. Not only did we had to switch three tables because of all the mold but dear God thoseemployees are just trash. Read more
This Taco Bell is horrible and I will never go there again. Went through the drive thru to order and I wanted a chicken... quesadilla and was told they had no chicken because it wasn?t taken out so I ordered a crunch wrap and asked for no tomatoes andextra meat and they put tomatoes and no meat, the taco shell for the hard taco was stale, I then ordered a Mexican pizza andasked for no beans add extra meat and cheese, there was no meat and the cheese was not even melted and it had way to much sauceon it and the soft shell tacos were cold. The employees were standing around and leaning on the counter. This location ishorrible don?t even bother going to it. This is the 2 time I had an issue and I will never go back and when you call they don?tanswer the phone. Read more
I want to give some positive feedback regarding my experience tonight with our local Taco Bell. I do not typically eat Taco... Bell, but my husband and kids love it! Tonight I was in the mood for some Nachos and unfortunately my first order from anotherrestaurant was horrible! Chips were literally covered in salt and we were unable to eat them. My husband went to Taco Bell andhe received courteous and friendly service. My food was made just as ordered, ?not greasy? like some fast food places. Kudos toall the food service staff who are working hard, doing their best in a day and age where people are so quick to criticize andless likely to praise. Read more
Always fast n friendly service. Awesome staff! Food is always hot, but if something is wrong they fix it gladly. Need... improvement cleaning food court area table tops and restrooms. Read more
