Omg Link???? I knew I was craving sushi and since I was in the area working out. I thought I?d give Sus Hi a try. When I walked... in and Link greeted me, I am immediately thought this is an overly happy associate that is going to annoy me. However, I waspleasantly surprised that Link just wanted to show me how the restaurant works and guide me through step-by-step on the best wayto order and how to customize my craving while getting the best experience at the restaurant. I decided to dine in afterthinking I just eat in my car. When I mentioned that my food was delicious and that I was sad that I was 30 from my home, heimmediately asked where I came from. I mentioned that I live towards East Orlando at which point he said there is a location atLake Nona. I have driven past that location countless times, however, the location with lack of parking made it unappealing. Thefood is delicious and now I know that it?s nearby. However, I can?t say that I?ll go there instead of driving here to get agreat experience and customer service. Kudos to Link the traveling manager and the staff that made my amazing lunch. Read more

Tried the pork egg rolls with the sweet and spicy sauce & the deep fried Su Shi Roll. It may look very intimidating but it is... absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor and the perfect crunch. Even with the sauce on top the sushi was still so crisp upondelivery. This is my second time eating from this location I think it?s safe to say delivering great quality food is a standardhere. Me and my partner loved eating here when it first opened. After the first time we tried Sus Hi Eatstation, we came at least 3x a... month but now we are very disappointed and wanting to forget about returning anymore. I just had to come back to the store toget a replacement order because they put a wrong sauce on top and forgot the other I requested originally. After coming back tothe store for a replacement bowl, I am now missing lettuce and was told the new guy put my missing sauce under the rice. Whichmakes no sense because there are two options of putting sauces on top or on the side of the bowl so it's a very poor excuse onwhere my missing sauce option is. Not to mention in the past we've had burritos not fried when paid for on multiple occasions tothe point where we can't trust just taking our food to go. Been a happy happy customer at multiple locations for a very long time. Any time I come to visit Orlando I must go have Sus Hi... as many times as humanly possible. The deep fried rolls and the bowls are always yummy. It?s nice that they keep expanding tooas many locations to choose from. Read more
