This subway should be closed down or needs new management. I have tried to come here on 2 different occasions. 1st) 1 employee... working and said they can't take walk in orders online only. 2nd) arrive at 9:15am store opens at 9 and doors are still locked.Employees say they need another 15min or so for the computers to boot up and get opened. I am sorry maybe that should be done at815 if you open at 9? I'm done trying to eat here. Read more

Two days I'm a row at the same time, their system was down and they couldn't do any orders. And this was the lunch hour. The... next week I went there at 1030 am and they had just opened. They were an hour late opening. Won't be going there anymore. Read more

We decided to go to Aquatica today, which this subway is the nearest one. We ordered through the mobile app thinking no problem... safer that way since they turn you away sometimes because they are only taking orders through the app and not in person. We goto pick up the order and was informed that they had no meatballs, fine. I asked to sub it for another sandwich, they would notaccommodate and said I couldn't have a more expensive sandwich however I said I'd paid the difference but then they said thatwasn't possible either ? They told me I had to cancel and reorder. The two older woman who were working Thursday 5/19/2022 at2:35pm literally had the worst customer service I've encountered in any subway location I've been too. When I arrived, there wasno welcome, they were just sitting down talking to each other. They Clearly see me enter and ignore me, I had to approach themin a obvious way like HELLO ????. And were bothered. They had no veggies out, barely any condiments out I was confused. Thishas to be a franchised privately owned BECAUSE THAT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. Left with no sandwich and no refund. Do yourself afavor and eat anywhere else. Read more

They didn't know how to make one of their menu items and told me I was wrong about the ingredients on my own sandwich. They... didn't switch gloves between any of the four groups of guests. The meat and cheese both tasted as though it had expired. Allaround the worst subway I've ever been too. My husband and I couldn't even stomach to finish our meal. Read more

First of all, the customer service from the manager is terrible (not the first time). Going in to pick up my order, I was not... welcoming by making me wait for something he was doing. As it is not the first time, I try not to give it importance. When hefinally answered me he indicated that the Italian Herbs and Chesse that we ordered was not available, ok I answered him. Afterthis I ask him if they were available for breakfast and he tells me that the store opens at 10:00 am (time that any restaurantconsiders brunch or lunch), I answer: -What a shame since I enter at 9:00 am and it would be fantastic come and order breakfastwith you. He answers: - You will NEVER see that. (Super inappropriate response to a client). I pick up my food and when I get towork I realize that my food for which I paid an extra meat for a footlong, came simple and that my partner's, which was steak,gave her turkey. And I wonder, how difficult can it be to make an order that is even written on paper? The worst of all is thatI could not go back to the store to claim my money since it was in my lunch time. I have wasted more than half an hour trying tocomplain and I still have not been able to eat. Definitely not coming back. I feel shame for the company to which I belongedlong ago. Very bad service.
