Walked in at 8:40 PM, after a long flight and was told, rudely, that they were closed! She "shooed" me away and kept yelling... that they were closed, even though others were being served and they were open until 9:00 PM. I won't and wouldn't be returning,even if I lived in the area. Excellent customer service, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh, But for the only reason that I do not... give it 5 stars is because this restaurant is always closing earlier than the established hours and it is very unfortunate tohave to go thinking that it is open and it is closed. Stopped and got lunch here on the way out of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made a very delicious foot long... sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Would visit again if in the area. Other than that it's just like any other subway. Just with greatworkers and smiling faces. Read more
Says on Google open until 11, when you get there they are really opened until 9. And the clerk said he will close at 830pm... because he is the only one there. A family got there before us at 8:15 so when we came in at 8:20 he told us to leave becausethe family would be his last order. Also, when we walked in while he was making the family's order he was also fighting withanother couple who had just bought sandwiches there because they wanted to eat in the restaurant and he was telling them thedining room is closed. Very poor quality staff who constantly shews away customers. We visited on the evening of 5/6/2022. Theplace is an absolute joke and doesn't even want to be in business, just go elsewhere. Read more
