There is an employee called Dee who calls himself a manager, he’d win a Guinness for being basically the less qualified... person in the world. Rude behavior, bad language, you even hear employees complaining about a miserable payment and the factthat the Manager denies paying tips for personal reasons. Read more

Rude people. Turned people away before they closed. My daughter who is 11, took a minute to make up he banged the counter in... frustration. Three of our orders were wrong. In my opinion go to chick filet. A couple blocks away and much better food andgreat customer service. Read more

Customers were rude and didn’t want to serve us. We went to the store just barely after nine (closes at ten online and on... door) but with the open sign off we went in and asked. All the chairs were off the floor and there was puddles of water all overfrom the girl who just mopped. She was rolling her eyes and sighing the whole time. A man came out from the back and while wedecided what to order the man started banging his head against the oven door. Tried to hurry us along (for reference we orderedfor seven in just about ten minutes) then as we were paying a man came in wanting to order and they told him their closed andnot to even bother- worst part we get to our apartment and over half our orders have the wrong cheese bread or random vegetables Read more

I walked in for lunch!!! The person behind the counter 1:00pm 07/11/22 was completely a jerk!!! Bad manors and rude. I did not... came to this place to ask for a favor I came in buying food a service. They way this guy treat me Is not accepted. Asking me ina rude way to get my hands of the counter snaking oven door throwing stuff around and dress like a bomb. Manager Ned to be verycareful hiring staff. No ice te available and sun left a terrible taste in my mouth after finishing my meal. No coming backagain for sure!!! Read more

Ordered online at 12.05pm for 12.25 pick up. Went in line as it was not ready, worker (name with D) just keeps saying they... don't have a mobile order. Told me to go online and cancel. There's no cancel! Got in line again, showed him my mobilewebsite and cc pending. He just wouldn't bother. Told me to wait. Got in line a 3rd time. He sends me to the side, tells meto explain but stops me to tell me that it's covid time and back up (keeping in mind the other lady working next to him wascoughing and no mask! And I had a mask on! ) Email finally came...first saying order is confirmed. Then another saying it'scancelled, but if I didn't, to contact store! No help whatsoever! I understand he didn't get an order on his system, butwaiting in line 3 times, telling me to back up when he told me to get closer, and not finding a solution. Worst CSR ever! Even others in line says to make the sandwich and move on! I still don't know who cancelled it (probably him) and why there wasa 30 min delay! Read more

Despite the website saying this location was open until 9 pm AND the sign on the front of the store lit up in neon with the word... "OPEN," I was told that it was actually closed when I arrived on Saturday evening, 2/12/22 at 7:40 pm. I was livid because Irushed to get there on time and before it closed. The excuse I heard was "We haven't updated the website yet." This is thelamest and latest excuse from companies who are not respecting their own published hours. What about the illuminated OPEN signin the front window? Did they forget about that, too? Subway has been on its way out for a few years now due to bad sandwiches(especially the frozen and re-thawed bread) and internal corporate strife. This type of behavior will close the company's doorsfor good. Read more

We arrived exhausted this past Wednesday after a day at universal Orlando’s theme parks. Our server was very personable and... extremely efficient. We often eat at subway and he was definitely among the best sandwich makers we have seen. He fulfilledall 7 of our orders perfectly (even with all the particular requests of this group of picky eaters). This subway chain is luckyto have him. Thanks again! Read more
