Let me get this straight, if I pay for a wrap, it supposed to be completely done, not sending me a half made wrap. Useless.
My half sandwich was good, but there was a small conflict between the young preparer and the cashier, who I believe was the... manager. She turned to him and said "is that what you call half?" and proceeded to charge for a whole one. I said nothing inthe moment because it was clear she was being quite unkind to the poor employee. This is a great SUBWAY location. The staff here friendly and courteous. Anyone who?s familiar with the kitchen knows that... constructing a sandwich takes time, even if the prep is already done. That being said, I waited maybe 5 minutes for the twopeople in front of me to get their order. My food was fresh and made to order. The restaurant is clean and there?s plenty ofindoor seating. Parking is limited. There is easy access to the restaurant and you could probably park on the side street ifneeded. Read more
I came to this location last Sunday.. only one in the store and the lady working would not stop to take care of me.. kept... tending to the dough.. about 5 minutes went by so I used the restroom. After using the restroom the lady was still dealing withthe dough.. waited for 3 more minutes and left.. This Sunday, same worker present.. It was 9:30am.. they open at 9am.. door waslocked.. lady was working on dough again.. So, I have never liked Subway. But for some reason I have given them a try lately. And I?m not sure exactly what they have... changed but it has actually been quite good. Especially compared to Jersey Mikes, which I?m not a fan. Especially for howexpensive they are. So I just walked into the Subway and the lady behind the counter was extremely nice. She was attentive, sheasked questions, she communicated, she did everything she was supposed to and she did it quickly. I had absolutely no problems.She did a great job and the food was fresh and good. That?s about all you can ask for in a quick service joint. Good job. Read more
