Let me get this straight, if I pay for a wrap, it supposed to be completely done, not sending me a half made wrap. Useless.
My half sandwich was good, but there was a small conflict between the young preparer and the cashier, who I believe was the... manager. She turned to him and said "is that what you call half?" and proceeded to charge for a whole one. I said nothing inthe moment because it was clear she was being quite unkind to the poor employee. So, I have never liked Subway. But for some reason I have given them a try lately. And I?m not sure exactly what they have... changed but it has actually been quite good. Especially compared to Jersey Mikes, which I?m not a fan. Especially for howexpensive they are. So I just walked into the Subway and the lady behind the counter was extremely nice. She was attentive, sheasked questions, she communicated, she did everything she was supposed to and she did it quickly. I had absolutely no problems.She did a great job and the food was fresh and good. That?s about all you can ask for in a quick service joint. Good job. Read more
