This Subway Has Always Been My Go To Subway but in Recent Years Their Small Oven Hasn't Been the Best at Toasting the Subs and... The Interior Tables and Seats Haven't Been The Best or The Most Comfortable Either. But Now They Just Finished Their Remodel AndGot A New Toaster Over And JUST WOW it Has Made Such A Big Difference. Actually having Comfortable Seats and Warm Toasted SubsHas Made Me Reconsider Eating at Subway More Often Again. My Go To Sub Has Always Been a Meatball Sub With ProvoloneCheese,Lettuce,Spinach,Jalapeno,Mayo,Salt and Pepper on An Italian Herb and Cheese Bread. I ordered THE MONSTER! I got a weak wimp! Sandwich was so dry & disappointing! I won?t ever get this sandwich again, I was left... not afraid & lost with this beast, my only fear was choking to death from the dryness! ???? Service was great & everyone wasfriendly enough! Nice sandwiches and friendly staff, though usually busy since it is so popular
After 3 failed attempts to order online, I drove the up there to find two unhappy people who had ordered online waiting for... their food. After watching them wait for about 10-15 minutes, I was up. My first sandwich ordered, tried to give my second andthird order. It was too much too fast. Never got the third sandwich because, "I should've given my full order" and "the linebehind me was long".... I've worked at a Subway years ago, it's fast pace. But the company paid me to make sandwiches fast, onecustomer at a time, not to dictate the length of a line. Retrain if trainable. Read more
I went in this Subway today and when I was choosing my sandwiches, I believe by misunderstood restaurant attendant or maybe my... accent, it doesn't matter but she make a Tuna Sandwich and I've requested a Meatball and Steak and Cheese Sandwich, She throwout one bread with a little bit of Tuna and told me: You Requested Tuna Sandwich, and I say: No I didn`t; She Continues tellingthat I requested and I continued to say no I Didn't; So She became a complaint and telling she will not obligated to make mySandwiches; And the people who were behind me passed in the line and I had to wait her manager to make my Sandwiches. Store closes randomly. The posted time is 11pm but they were closed before 10pm today for no apparent reason. They're also very... stingy with their toppings, barely any cheese on my sandwich to begin with and when I asked for more I was charged double for aregular portion.
