I Ordered 4 Hot Subs For "Future Pickup" Online. I Was There On Time And Stay Only 4 Minutes From Store. Returned Home And... Opened All 4 Subs To Find They Were Each Cold They Had Clearly Been Made Well In Advance Of The Pickup Time And Left Sitting OnThe Counter. I Also Ordered "The Full Garden" To Be Added To Each, But They Were All Puny. Each Sub Looked As If They Didn'tInclude Enough Of The Original Ingredients, Let Alone Add Any Extras. Overall I had a good experience and would come back. The customer service was what I expected from younger college students. The... dining area was very clean. Behind the counter everything was clean and orderly. No food scraps or overflowing trash cans. Ilove the new design subway is rolling out with. Definitely an up to date modern restaurant feel.The protein portions seemed tohave gotten smaller. I even got double meat and paid a premium and still felt shorted. But that probably a corporate thing.Would recommend. Read more

As a new store everything looked clean and organized. Overall, good location. Service was fast and food was fresh. They serve... soup!!! Costumer service could improve. The blonde lady that took my order did not seem very friendly. Maybe she was just havinga bad day but this could affect first impression of the restaurant. Read more
