I went to this store to order food, the store was empty, the lady was extremely rude, she was upset already with a face that she... doesn?t want to serve anyone, because it was no one on line I went directly to the cashier because what I want it was ice andpretzels (both on the cashier) lady came upset and says that we have to make A LINE? A LINE on the empty store?. and startscreaming at us, we left the store without take anything? horrible service , never again 12:40pm sat 3 sept 2022 I will contactHR and all that I can But this lady cannot-be part of subway and I will make sure that happens, next time she will treat hermother like that. Unfortunately their customer service is horrible. There weren?t customers waiting on line when we arrived neither when we left... , the server had an attitude rushing my husband , he is hard hearing that doesn?t give anyone a reason being rude ,she handedthe sandwich to be completed by the other lady. I really appreciated the service I got today. It was around 2-3 pm, 6/11/21. I asked for marinara sauce on a sub that usually... doesn?t use it, but it?s a common order that Subway accommodates for me. The girl was new and wasn?t familiar with this requestyet, but quickly went with it and accommodated me. I know it?s hard being new and learning some of the nuances. Before Iordered, I witnessed this young lady and another young lady accommodate a few exacting customers, all the while demonstratinggreat poise, patience, and friendliness through it all. Very aggravating when asking a question and get an attitude in return. If the 2 ladies working today 03/31/2021 at 11:45am don?t... like there job, then quit but to be rude over a simple question is uncalled for. I will never eat at this place. I waited 25 mins at this subway on goldenrod inside of Walmart for the person to come back rang the bell never got helped with... my order my 8 year old was so sad. My experience was horrible, they do not greet with kindness, the place lacks cleanliness, poor service, they take a long time to... serve, the times I have visited the store I have to wait more than 20minutes for the employee to attend, they are always behindconversing with others. That's why almost no one frequents this store, they are also not polite and not at all professional.
