I?m a 13 year old who came to the store with my brothers (14,17) and the woman working was very rude and impatient with us and... Kept rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. She was to rude us she could reply ti a simple questions aboutthe menu item and told me to read it myself . She used a threatening tone of voice on multiple occasions and made me fell veryunwelcome and threaten. The amount of attitude I received from the beginning to end is unacceptable in any store. Went to try out this new menu they're promoting and left knowing I'm done with this franchise and especially this location.... Subway are supposed to pride themselves on having a sandwich topped how you want it, but flat out refused to add any toppings tomy order because I'd simply accepted the "as is" (thinking that just meant the cheeses on there) part of initially ordering fromsaid new menu. Rudely told to "write to the owners if you don't like it". Screw this place! Read more
Poor service , you order on the app so you dont have to wait. When you go there and they are just starting to make your subs... ,mind you I was 10min late from my pick up time. The server tells me she just got the order at 2:25pm (that was the pick up time)she got the ticket at 2:09pm.Her excuse, she doesn't like working these hours .Well I did not leave there till 2:45pm.The subswhere not up to par ,sloppy made, barely any meat in them, never again will I order from here .Called the branch manager twice never heard from her . I came in to place a to go order at 8pm and before I ordered the woman behind the counter started off by saying "go ahead, but... we're out of a lot of stuff because you came in kinda late" That's a terrible way to greet a customer, not to mention thatlocation was still open for another 2 hours. Of course they were out of what I was going to order and when I said "every time Icome here you guys are out of something" the female employee had the nerve to respond with "then why do you keep coming back?"To me that means I'm not welcome there and she clearly doesn't care one bit about the customer. Order my double meat sub online wasnt there for me to pickup rude lady said i was at the wrong place. After driving came back... and magically my sub was there. The lady in front of customers proceeded to tell me i gave the wrong address that i got from theemail telling me my foods ready. Big waste of my time for lunch. I said i wouldn't come here again and her words were they haveplenty of customers. You just lost one! Read more
The only subway in the whole area that has a manager that always looks super bothered and employees that don't even talk to you... when you walk in.. Horrible service last time I walked in. I felt unwelcome. Read more
