I went to the store with my brothers and the lady there treated us like we were bothering her, we were very respectful to her... but she still had a attitude towards us. she doesn?t know how to deal with people specifically kids she should not workcustomers service. Read more
I?m a 13 year old who came to the store with my brothers (14,17) and the woman working was very rude and impatient with us and... Kept rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. She was to rude us she could reply ti a simple questions aboutthe menu item and told me to read it myself . She used a threatening tone of voice on multiple occasions and made me fell veryunwelcome and threaten. The amount of attitude I received from the beginning to end is unacceptable in any store. Went to try out this new menu they're promoting and left knowing I'm done with this franchise and especially this location.... Subway are supposed to pride themselves on having a sandwich topped how you want it, but flat out refused to add any toppings tomy order because I'd simply accepted the "as is" (thinking that just meant the cheeses on there) part of initially ordering fromsaid new menu. Rudely told to "write to the owners if you don't like it". Screw this place! Read more
Poor service , you order on the app so you dont have to wait. When you go there and they are just starting to make your subs... ,mind you I was 10min late from my pick up time. The server tells me she just got the order at 2:25pm (that was the pick up time)she got the ticket at 2:09pm.Her excuse, she doesn't like working these hours .Well I did not leave there till 2:45pm.The subswhere not up to par ,sloppy made, barely any meat in them, never again will I order from here .Called the branch manager twice never heard from her .
