Went to this location to grab a quick bite to eat after shopping at Walmart . Walked into subway there was no customers in line... got no greeting from miss Jess<3 her attitude was very unfriendly which I asked her are you guys available she didn't respondto me lol felt invisible lol. I saw she was making subs but that's no excuse for rudeness. Luckily there was another employeethat walked upfront and was able to take my order he was very professional and friendly. Read more
It's usually a good place...but if it is written that is closes at the same time Walmart does why is it everything is packed up... at 8:15 - 8:30? I mean not to get anyone in trouble but it's been 3x already. Just put closes at 8 and everyone will know not toexpect anything at that location. Read more
Ordered 3 meatball subs I specifically asked for light sauce as it makes a mess and we work in an office ... well of course way... to much sauce, couldn't taste nothing on the sandwich but the sauce.. fell apart as we were eating so threw half of it out...disappointed to say the least .... One of the worst experience ever. I come in to order a salad and I ask the last for extra tomato's and extra cucumbers she was... throwing my food all in the bowl with attitude. The GENERAL MANAGER was standing right next to her. She act like she is runningthe show. I asked for ranch and this lady looked like she poured the whole bottle of ranch on my food trying to be low down.This is very unacceptable. They need more people with customers service experience in places like this. The last would not giveme her name and she put gloves on to touch my money. The other 3 gentlemen which was white, she didn't put gloves on but as soonas she got to me she put gloves on to touch my money. This was 4/5/20 at 10:37am. This lady needs more training. Read more
The staff, especially Livia, takes great care of us and majes a great sandwich. Without fail however, this location cannot seem... to keep sweet tea available past 6pm. 99% of our visits have been this way. And getting staff to make it for us seems like achore to them from their response. Once a young man basically refused. He doesn't work there now. Read more
Stood in line for 15 minutes along with 4 other customers they only had two workers a female and a male and the male wasn?t... trying to help us so I left and came back and the lady that was in front of me was standing at the register waiting and not oneother customer was waited on they were more concerned about online orders.
