Kind of run down, the person making my sandwich didn not have a Subway shirt on, food was good though
Just had the worst experience at this Subway in Orlando. The sign stated that they close at 10 pm. My family and I entered at... 9:20 only to be told that it would take 40 minutes for the server to prep six call in orders that were ahead of us. Have neverhad that happen before. So, we knew clearly they didn?t desire to serve us. Additionally, no workers spoke as we entered. So,didn?t take long to get the picture. We told them we would take our business elsewhere and left. I love Subway, but I rarely go to this one even though it's closest to me. This location continuously runs out or just don't... have what I'm looking for to make what I want. Last visit I had to ask for 3 different subs before I found one that had all thestuff to make it. I love wraps but they never have them. Attempted to get dinner at this Subway, had my entire meal and went over to pour out a Fanta Orange from their machine but there... was black stuff all in the cup. I thought maybe it was on the lid or cup, so I showed it the guy behind the counter and I askedfor another cup. I inspected both cup and lid, all good. I poured out another cup from their soda fountain, just to have thesame black stuff come out and realize it was coming from the soda fountain itself. I waited patiently while the employee helpeda large family with their order. Then showed him the cup and asked if I could get a refund on my drink. I was told that wasn'tpossible, they'd have to return my entire order. I asked why that was for just their drink machine being dirty. They said therewas no other way. So they took my receipt and did the return, and took my entire meal back from me, which seemed quiteridiculous. I called the supervisor listed on the receipt, Krystal Palma-Leblanc, while I was there but they weren't availableand I had to leave a voicemail. I even texted the photos to them.
