Ordered 3 footlong subs. The lettuce was brown and nasty. Asked if there was more but Brandy and Roberta said that is all they... had and that?s how it came. They also proceeded to just put a little bit of toppings. I know this because when I went back in topurchase chips, Brandy put more toppings on the same type of sandwich I ordered. Brandy was very rude when we went back to getchips. We waiting in line, she never acknowledged us, and when we were next in line, she said ?you should have came over here?with an attitude. We said that we will let her manager know her behavior and she was yelling (while other customers are in thebuilding) that she can?t get fired. This type of non customer service needs to be addressed. We went to this location because the assistant manager has offered us great customer service in the past. Read more

I went in Subway a few weeks ago, and 2 young boys were behind the counter. I placed my order for a sub with condiments and was... told they didn't have anything except lettuce, tomatoes, onions and spinach. I was shocked but got it for my son anyway. Ibrought it out to the car, because my son had a broken leg and he didn't want it. Said it was too plain to eat. I brought thesandwich back in and told them, this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. Several weeks later, I returned to the store, an2 elderly ladies were behind the counter, of which one was the "Owner". I was amazed at the selection of condiments available, so I expressed how they were out of all condiments Several weeks ago. She began defending the 2 boys that were unable to providepickles, olives, peppers and cucumbers on my last visit. She excused saying a "possible rush" may have just occurred, but to mydefense, I was not offered to wait until they restocked or any other suggestions for my sandwich. She said "those boys wouldnot do that". I DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED A LIAR. I had no reason to make up a story like that and there are many SubwaySandwich shops, but I chose to return to that one, hoping they had acceptable garnishments. The woman did not give me, thecustomer, any courtesy or apology, but felt it necessary to put me down and deny it happened, when she was not even there towitness it....but my son was! That was the last time I will go there and will tell as many people as possible, theirunacceptable belittling behavior and their sandwiches cheat the customers. DON'T GO THERE! Good Afternoon to whom this may regard, I just had the worse experience at this subway location and will make it noted to never... come to this location again. I have never felt unwelcomed and disrespected by an employee ever before. I been a loyal subwaycustomer for years here since 2016 and would always get the turkey italiano (a bmt but sub turkey instead of ham). I get thisone and only sandwich every time I come to a subways location. I was just here yesterday and got the same sandwich with zeroproblems. Brandy is one of your employees who wasn?t working with me or even hearing me talk about how I just got this yesterdayand never have a problem with it at all. She first told me I couldn?t get that sandwich because it?s not in the menu anymore andhave to charge me extra. This is just ridiculous and what was more ridiculous was her yelling and screaming at me about thiswhen I was telling her it?s not right that i just got this yesterday and now I?m getting charged more. She was incredibly rude,and loud to me, the poor customer service was just unbelievable. A woman that was next to me even stopped me when I walked outwith my overpriced sandwich and said how rude she was being to me because of the sandwich I wanted. I couldn?t picture this iswhat customer service is now at this location. I need to speak to the general manager or something and get this situation undercontrol because it was just whoa However, Roberta has been absolutely amazing and tried to help make the situation better butI just simply left and asked for a refund as I just got a new sandwich with no problems at the UCF location! As I walked in one night the sandwich artist was helping a customer. So I watched him make that sub and proceeded to ring him up... with the gloves still on. When that guy left he kept the same dirty gloves on and proceeded to ask me what sub would I like.Subway are gloves that expensive that the employees keep them on all day. Seriously!!! Website has a deal for free cookie with a footlong. However, the website never prompts you to order cookies. I pick up 2... footlongs and no cookies in bag. I point this out to the counter troll who, instead of satisfying the customer, says I didn'torder any blah blah blah. I explain the website never prompted me after I pressed the "deal" button but clueless troll doesnothing to resolve the problem. Stuff the cookies. I won't use this store again. Read more

Subway' have never been a place I though I'd eat in . They never seemed nice to me and I sure as shooting didn't expect to form... an attachment to one. My bf and I stopped in to this one to avoid the rain and wow, the place was warm, inviting, the staff areamazing and the place was clean enough to Shame a hospital. Dinah in particular was the best part of our whole visit andhonestly the crown Jewel holding this place together .This subways is going to be my regular place to eat out and should be heldas an example of excellent service. We even witnessed a trouble customer unhappy about the menus and the goddess of subs herselfturned it around into a satisfied customer. 10/10 give this woman a raise . Read more
