Great location ???? They always make our subs perfect ????.. I'm a picky one too, but I've always had the best subs!
Requested store pickup for a toasted turkey sub with extra veggies except tomatoes. Received an untoasted, uncut soggy mess... with almost no veggies (mostly the ones I asked for less of) and half a bottle of mustard on it. What's the point of Subway ifI have to add the toppings myself at home and scrape off half the condiments just to eat it? Read more
Store staff was rude and embarrassing. My Card was charged the amount of meal, the amount was approved and no receipt came out.... She told me I had to pay again. I called my bank and it was posted to my account as a charge on that day, that time and thatlocation for the 1st meal. I told the staff but she refused to give me my paid meal. I'm done with this location and the incredibly rude staff. There is absolutely no reason to treat another human being the way 2... of the 3 ladies who were working today did. The attitude, abrupt responses, yelling and way they ignore customers is appalling. I've seen it before and brushed it off, but today was it. Please learn how to treat a fellow human being with decency andkindness, and if you dislike your job so much, go find a different one that you'll enjoy more. Read more
Went in 11/21/19 at 4:30 to have a sub with my daughter who works next door at 5. We figured 30mins would be enough time to grab... a quick Bite. The guy on duty was very rude and extremely slow! He had a line and was moving like pond water! He neveracknowledged ANYONE there. He was working on online orders EXTREMELY Slow. I really encourage management to look at the videoand see for yourself. We had to leave. No subs for us!! Read more
Today I came to this location because I was on this side of town. Kiana was super sweet. Bebe wasn't as pleasant. That is why I... gave 4 stars. Restaurant was very clean. Food was really good. This location is right next door to the Publix on the corner ofChickasaw and Lee Vista. Read more
I've done it at other locations where I was able to split payment on two different cards unfortunately the elderly here don't... know how to do that. Or if it's not possible they waited till after I've ordered the sandwich and am very very hungry and I gotto go back to work as a nurse without lunch.
