To mobile order here choose "MCO PRE-SECURITY Main Term Level 3" For the location pre security by the fountains under the... hotel. By security for gates 70-129. If you're coming out of security from those gates stay right off the monorail to walk rightin front of this Starbucks. Pretty good service. I do think they are hms employees and the service/knowledge is slightly lowerthan normal Starbucks employees. But it's a big store and usually pretty quick, under 5 mins wait. For what it's worth, this MCO Orlando based Starbucks rates average. Order for three included a venti flat white, a grande... pineapple refresher, along with a grande mango dragonfruit refresher. Food items were two cake pops, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a tomato mozzarella panini. Drinks were made to order - sandwiches were a bit on the crispy or overcooked side. Cake popswere a bit hard. I went to Starbucks located on terminal A in arrivals at orlando international airport (MCO) and ordered my items, the sandwich... (ham and cheese croissant) was not heated up, I then ordered my trenta strawberry refresher with lemonade and no ice and wastold that they would give me half a cup of the drink if I asked for no ice. I then explained to them that I have been aStarbucks customer over 15 years and since this drink has come out I have ordered it probably 5 times a week since it?s creationof not more and have never been told something as ridiculous as if I order it without ice I would only get half a cup, A HALF OFTHE CUP of the beverage. Not only is this inappropriate it?s thievery because I am paying 6.55 for THE DRINK. This not only hasnever been standard practice by ANY OTHER STORE I?ve been to and I have been to MANY and have never been told I won?t get afull cup of drink(not even at the other orlando airport locations)I have never had this issue if I order with no ice. I?ve neverbeen treated like this and have been a consistent and loyal Starbucks customer who spends an AVERAGE of 1.5k per month atStarbucks. The worst part about this experience is that not only did it occur, but it WAS A MANAGER ( Kamila Wyatt) who not onlygave me an attitude when I asked her why my sandwich wasn?t heated up, but also made NO EFFORT to fix the situation and simplydismissed me and cancelled my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT STARBUCKS AGAIN. I being the loyal and commuted Starbuckscustomer that I am know and hope that corporate will do the right thing and address this issue so it does not happen to anyoneagain and no one else has to experience the attitude and disrespect from someone who Calls themself ?a manager?
