Seriously, it's one of the worst experiences for everyone. While mobile ordering is available, it took over 45 minutes to get... an order, and that's agter asking about it. Staff's response was, " we didn't get it." but there were people in line for atleast that long. Staff were rude and unfriendly. The Starbucks at terminal c orlando airport really needs some help. Very slow. The staff was fooling around and just walking in... circles. Even the manager. The staff was talking about another employee to the person next to her. They need a retraining. Read more

I just got a coffee here after a flight that landed at 9am in the gate 1-29 section. As you can imagine, at that time it was... packed with the line extending well past the stanchions. However, the team here was doing an amazing job of getting thingsmoving! They had tons of extra staff and were getting people?s orders out super fast. They also were all cheerful and helpfuldespite the rush. With this many orders at once there are bound to be mixups or missing items, but while waiting for my drink Isaw them resolve multiple issues like that quickly and effectively. I was honestly so impressed and their cheerful and politeattitude made my morning. Props to them! Read more

-5 stars if it?s possible!! Very slow and rude. I ordered iced americano and my husband got iced vanila latte. They put vanila... syrup on my coffee instead of his!! When I go back there and complained, they looked at me as I?m the picky customer and slaggedme. I dont wanna believe but I heard a word ?CHINO? from the workers. Worst experience. Worst coffee. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time I come here, it takes an hour to get your order.... They are in no hurry whatsoever and it is very stressful every time you will worry that you won?t get your order in time tocatch your flight. This happens every single time!! I understand that the lines are long and that it?s busy but it?s becausethey have no care whatsoever for the customers and if they get their order in time. You shouldn?t have to wait an hour to orderand then another 30 minutes later to receive your order. Ridiculous!! Please higher a more energized staff and people whoactually care. *****UPDATE: after waiting 45 minutes in line by the time it was my turn to order I was told my order would notbe ready in time. There were five people in line and we had our coffee within 15 minutes. The speed seemed fine to me, but I don't go to Starbucks... very often. They did make some comments about shutting down if they had to deal with another rude customer but The staff seemsplenty friendly to me Read more

Amy at the air port near the gate 70 entrance was laughing at customers when they complained about it being slow. I am in... complete disgust to what I just witnessed. She refused to help make people drinks and started laughing after they asked forhelp. She made the comment to her friend: ?I don?t have to make their coffee and they can leave the line if they don?t want towait?. As she unpacked a few waters and snacks that were not empty and probably not as important as helping customers get theirdrinks. As customers wait in line for over 40 minutes in a line that should take 10 minutes. I have never been more offendedabout an employees behaviour in my life. I usually ignore disrespect and can rise above it, but this was on another level ofcomplete disregard for customers and her job. Read more
