A bit of corporate re-training is definitely needed here. They were slow for not having many customers waiting and they were... very unfriendly baristas. They asked for my name, but did not call it out when my order was ready, I only noticed because thecolor difference in the drink. No smiles or friendly banter especially from the young lady, that obviously did her best toignore me. Needless to say I was treated to a very unpleasant customer experience unlike any other Starbucks I have been tobefore. Definitely wouldn?t recommend, it?s best to go to another one. Read more
Very busy place but not the best of the service. Asked for extra butter for my 2 bagels and they forgot. I was with my young... autistic son. Asked the staff mber who was near the tables and she asked me to go back to the front desk with the huge line up.Anyhow ended back there and asked for it and they wrapped 2 little butter packs in a bag and told me that they have put a few.Realized that after getting back to the eating area . I expect a bit more when I pay $6 for a cup of coffee. I know they have youtrapped, with few other options, and the baristas treat you that way. Probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Line up down the terminal and only one person on cash and one on drinks. If... youre in a hurry or have a flight to catch don't stop here. Read more
Terminal A STARBUCKS!! No manager on site.., I guess this is why it takes 45 mins to get a java chip frap!! Total 30 mins in... line and 15 min wait for my beverage!! Terrible terrible terrible customer service!? Starbucks can do better!! Read more
Their coffee sucks! We got 4 separate coffees 2 cappuccino with 2 espresso shots and they tasted like water...A iced coffee that... was just gross and a Iced Caramel macchiato that was very bitter and had hardly no taste! Read more
Lovely service! They have soy Milk and different varieties of food for vegetarians. Love the crispy garlic cheese!
