Just wanted to stop in and say that I was having a particularly rough day dealing with post partum depression while traveling... alone. The barista at Starbucks I guess could tell I was suffering and was so nice to me telling me how pretty I was and thenbringing me a cake pop for free. It really did make me feel so much better. Holy cow, the line is stretched back to the next terminal, they have one person on register and 6 or more baristas working the... drinks. And yet it?s taken more than 45 minutes total to get my order. This is so pathetic. Read more
Unfortunately, they were out of cold brew. However, they really worked with me to make a drink I would like. After coming back... and telling them that I did not like the drink I had originally ordered (which I would not normally do, but the drink was over$8), they immediately made me something I would. Coffee in the morning, great. FOOD, forget it, they know they are really behind with one oven down. They keep taking food orders... anyway, I waited 45 mins for a breakfast sandwich and they wound not refund me. People walked away to catch there flightswithout there items. Just waited an hour, after being 3rd person in like for 45 of those minutes, to be told they stopped taking orders to catch up... on mobile orders only!!!! They only focused on mobiles orders for over an hour that kept coming in instead of shutting it off tofocus on the 50 person line. Never even got my coffee. Workers were moving slow, I literally timed it and it averaged 5 minutesfor 1 coffee order. Read more
