Really nice location. Friendly staff. They run out of things a lot. Always a gamble going here for that reason. The biggest... disappointment is the super confusing drive thru entrances. There's one entrance off Concord and another off Fern Creek. Theselines both get packed and no one knows who is next because people are entering from two separate streets. There needs to be onededicated entrance to eliminate confusion and make the drive thru go faster. This is the only Starbucks I've seen in Orlandowith two entrances to a one lane drive thru. The parking lot is also impossible as it locks people in if they're waiting forentry. Extremely poorly planned...It doesn't make sense. Read more
