Hardly a Starbucks. Just go off site for coffee. Very rude staff. Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I ordered a standard drink... off the menu and they didn?t make it right and proceeded to correct me multiple times when I tried to have them fix it. Theytook the drink back a modified it. Most Starbucks will let you keep the drink and will make you a new one. Horribly rude staff,overpriced Starbucks. Stay away. Read more
Good drinks but ineffective staff. There are often 5 people on staff but only one person on the cash register, which means it... takes a long time to be served. The other staff seem to be doing unnecessary tasks like cleaning the bottom of the syrup bottlesrather than serving customers. The most inefficient Starbucks I?ve ever visited. Read more
Unprofessional staff with poor attitudes. Openly complaining in front of customers. Waited 45 minutes for a drink because they... couldn't read the name on the cup. Did not offer to remake it even though it obviously sat on the counter and got cold. Read more
Hugely inflated prices, i.e. $4 for a drip coffee instead of the regular $2.25. Mopey and unhelpful service staff, overcharged... for a more expensive Latte, and then offered no apology when I returned to get the difference refunded. Even at the locationinside the Universal Studios park , the prices are regular and the bogged down staff is more helpful than this crew! Read more
ive never met a more rude staff at a starbucks, the level of service is poor. I shouldnt have tipped them. glad today is our... last day and if we ever stay here again I will make coffee in our room just so I dont have to deal with the snarky baristas thathand out the coffee. the people who take your order are nice, but the snarky tudes when you get coffee are awful! Fairly efficient for a hotel with high volume. Line is always long in th ed morning but goes pretty quick. My only beef is that... you can't earn points or use them. Read more
