Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Consistently inefficient for our entire stay. Coffee and drinks were as expected.

I've never had a bad experience at a restaurant like here... there was a guy a couple people behind me who made a rude comment,... but it was like they were taking it out on me. Got my order wrong and I asked to correct after finally getting someone to meetmy eyes. Waited several minutes and asked again, they said they hadn't even started and finally did. Then several more minutestil they had it ready, then looked right through me and didn't give it to me, I wasn't sure it was even my order til latersomeone finally gave me that same bag. I ordered a coffee and the cashier put my cup on the counter and forgot to prepare my coffee. So another employee asked me what... I was waiting for and I said my coffee. The manager never apologized and the employee took it upon herself to offer me a freepastry. I?m so confused as to why my coffee took so long to make with about 6 people behind the counter.
