Good coffee, good store, well maintained, fast service even on a crowded time, had no problems at all.
This is always our first stop when visiting the parks to grab a quick cup. Great staff and it?s pretty impressive to see them... churn out coffee and food as fast as the do considering how busy this location can get. I was there 10/7/22 visiting from Chicago and ordered for both my husband and I. I usually get the brown sugar oatmilk shaken... espresso and my husband gets one without the espresso. I order it as a cup of oat milk with the syrup and cinnamon and addvanilla cold foam on the top. The batista didn't make my husband's right and added the espresso anyway and I brought it up tohis attention. The manager overheard me speaking to him and took it upon herself to step in and take care of the situation andfix his drink. Her name was Miracle and I've never had an experience like that before. She refunded us the difference of thedrink because it didn't have espresso in it and was not rung up the eay i ordered it and didn't charge me for my son's chocolatechip cookie that I ordered while she was issuing the refund. I appreciate people like her. That's great customer service andgood management. I will definitely be back to visit that location and have nothing but nice things to say about her. Last night about 8 pm we were at the Starbucks at city walk. My husband ordered venti mocha Frappuccino and I ordered a tall... pumpkin Frappuccino. $5.99 for each which was weird since mine was a tall and his was a venti so $12 total for both. We werein a hurry to depart and didn?t test drinks till we were close to our car. The drinks were not a Frappuccino it was ice waterthe worst we ever had. Please train your staff and take your time. It wasn?t that busy so the drinks should have been doneright. My husband threw his away. Mine was drinking chucks of ice. We are rewards member and visit Starbucks a lot. A late busy summer monday night after universal and starbucks is packed. My friend and i order our drinks and our lovely girl... Miracle helps us out. Super informative about drinks similar to something that they don?t sell anymore. Understood me when imentioned something they don?t have on the menu anymore. The sweetest employee ive met. She was our miracle in our gloomyexhausted day because after speaking with her she brightened our days. Her presence is cheery and smile is bright. I love stopping at the city walk Starbucks before heading into movie or park. The wait sometimes is long, hence the 4 star. But... My favorite is Barista, Arturo. He greets you with a friendly hello and has a positive attitude. My favorite is his danceparties while waiting for guest, keeps the mood fun and light. I can?t see under his mask but I?m sure he is smiling. Itbrightens my day. Read more
