Normally I don?t write bad reviews.But this is ridiculous.I just got my Uber eats order 5 min ago from this location and this is... how it came.I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit refresher.And this isn?t the first time portion wasn?t good from thislocation.Like the drinks are already expensive and I do t have a quarter of my drink.Starbucks do better. The stars don't represent the food nor the guest service quality, they reflect the obvious staffing issues. Though the food and... drinks were good, I could tell the staff in the morning was both understaffed and stressed. I used to work in a similar fieldand these kinds of things are easy to see. I left a decent tip for the great service they tried to provide, I just hope thatdown the line they get the proper staffing they need. This wasn't the first time I've noticed it at this location. Either way,great job to the baristas. Hopefully you guys can be staffed correctly in the future. Read more
The baristas are nice enough, but it's strange -- almost every other Starbucks I go to seems to have twice as many people behind... the bar despite being much less busy. There's always an insane line in the drive-thru; I once spent almost 40 minutes waiting inline. I tend to avoid this one when I can, but I feel bad, because I don't think it's the fault of the employees. It seems likethey could make things go a lot faster if there were more people on the clock at any given time, so they don't have to runaround doing seventeen things all at once. Read more
Slow service. My brew (nothing special - just a cup of coffee) tasted bitter. Place needed to be cleaned up a bit too. Staff... nice enough, but..... Foxtail is right across the street. My opinion is that the coffee is much better there - and why supporta big conglomerate like Starbucks when you can support a homemade USA/Florida-based company? Give them a try! Read more
This place rocks. Great atmosphere, great food and excellent desserts. Although it?s counter service they do an outstanding job.... The BBQ is cooked to perfection I highly recommend the BBQ Beef Quesadilla. They will add whatever ingredients you wantincluded. The homemade coconut cake was some of the best I have ever eaten Best of all the prices are very reasonable I willdefinitely be back to enjoy more of this great food and service soon Read more
