For over a year, every time we order an iced coffee with cream and sugar from the app, there is never sugar in it. We always... have to taste and request it upon arrival. There appears to be some kind of breakdown between the app/staff that causes this.Every other Starbucks we visit makes it the right way and consistent. I also add 5-10 minutes to the estimated app time as wellbecause it?s never ready in the projected timeframe. Read more
Depending on what day I go, the service can be good but most days the manager on staff has the worst time management skills and... order of operation. I used to go here often but now I'm more than willing to drive a little further to a different location.There is a common thread on the bad days and it's the same shift manager. Staff was nice and friendly. Only complaint is that my matcha latte was only filled half way and it cost $5 soo..that was bummy
This is honestly one of the best Starbucks I?ve been at. Zach took my order and he was so patient with my customized drink order... and even helped me when I went blank for a second not remembering something in the drink. Miguel the manager i presume wascleaning tables outside and the door handles while guests came in and out. The barista that made and handed my drink, I was notable to get his name, was quick and a complete sweetheart. I?ve never had a complain at this location and needless to say I?llbe coming back. Great staff and always friendly. It is always clean. Today I was treated with this fancy cap. No need for a straw. They say... over the next two years straws could phased out. Great! It is tiny; there are only a few places to sit out front on the mainstreet; not quiet, but always colorful. All in, this location is busy and does run at a slightly lower pace. Read more
