I just don?t understand why they are always out of something. Last week, the barista said they couldn?t make frappes because the... ice they had was too big. Fast forward to today, frappes are still sold out as well as a bunch of other things. Are you kiddingme?! I have never been to another Starbucks with as many problems as this. It is beyond ridiculous now. Also, they always turnoff their mobile ordering I?m guessing when they think it will make them busier. Because when I go inside some baristas are justmoving slow and taking their time with no sense of urgency, joking around with each other. Some are super sweet by unfortunatelyall it takes is one bad apple to ruin the bunch. Get it together Starbucks. Read more
This used to be a great, convenient location. But over the past 3-4 months there?s always been an issue here. They either aren?t... open when the hours listed show they are supposed to be. Or they turn off their online ordering 85% of the time; only for thedrive thru to move the slowest possible. And they are always out of something, it?s crazy as of lately. Since last week, theyhave been out of almost everything. I am not understanding the lack of inventory when I?ve never experienced these issues atother locations. I accidentally left my wedding ring in the bathroom yesterday evening and when I returned to the store it was closed, However a... coworker found my ring and placed it in the safe until I was able to return for it the next day. The customer service is always great and my coffee always comes out how I like it. The only issue I have is they turn off the... order ahead feature sometimes. Also, the drive thru can move a little slow at times. Other than that, it?s a decent Starbucks. Read more

I odered a "sugar cookie latte" it was completely undrinkable. It smelled putrid and rotten. I was running late so I couldn't... return it. Worse $9+ for a coffee and "cake pop" I don't go often but now I wont be going to Starbucks at all. Ever. Read more
