I just don?t understand why they are always out of something. Last week, the barista said they couldn?t make frappes because the... ice they had was too big. Fast forward to today, frappes are still sold out as well as a bunch of other things. Are you kiddingme?! I have never been to another Starbucks with as many problems as this. It is beyond ridiculous now. Also, they always turnoff their mobile ordering I?m guessing when they think it will make them busier. Because when I go inside some baristas are justmoving slow and taking their time with no sense of urgency, joking around with each other. This used to be a great, convenient location. But over the past 3-4 months there?s always been an issue here. They either aren?t... open when the hours listed show they are supposed to be. Or they turn off their online ordering 85% of the time; only for thedrive thru to move the slowest possible. And they are always out of something, it?s crazy as of lately. Since last week, theyhave been out of almost everything. I am not understanding the lack of inventory when I?ve never experienced these issues atother locations.
