You can get a coffee... That's key... The staff is good... But there are risks to your health by stopping here. 1) The place... has no ceiling installed so the entire place is an echoey mess. Creates really bad energy and is a bad study environment. Thestudents who sit at this Starbucks are just bored and lonely. If that vespr coffee place across the street didn't sell suchtrash coffee, I'd recommend they go there instead. Maybe buy Starbucks and go sit and study in vespr. Or just buy coffee andleave and study at campus, you're paying for access... 2 cents. 2) There are undercover cops that poke around there looking forloner demographics to follow and stalk while they shop in the waterford mall areas. What they do is very questionable. You'llknow them when you see them, they're not very covert at all. Get followed and it kills the spirit of the day, because they findreasons to bump into you as make believe strangers while shopping. Incredibly busy, understaffed and the staff that was there were very flustered. Didn?t have a lot of ingredients, had to remake... multiple drinks for the people ahead of me, just generally unorganized and slow, which for a store that?s as busy as this onealways is, is unacceptable. Most kindest employees & best customer service :) I went in the other day to get my day started with my usual and after I... ordered my ice coffee I could not find my debit card. My anxiety was going nuts because I felt so embarrassed and people werebehind me waiting. A kind employee named Patricia who was behind the cashier did not hesitate nor ask me anything, she simplywished me a great day and told me it was taken care of? OMG. I come here pretty often and don?t have issues! Really good experience today. They forgot my drink this morning and I finally... said something and the customer service was phenomenal. Horrible. Worst Starbucks ever. I can?t even begin to tell you how many times I walked up to the door and it is locked with a... handwritten note stating that they are closed. And ?sorry for the inconvenience?. Or how many times I would come at lunch timeand there would be a long line and I would spend 20 min of my 30 min lunch break waiting for a cup of coffee. And then today, myorder came to $10. I hand the person working the register a $50 bill. The person proceeds to tell me that they cannot take a $50because they don?t have enough change to give me! And tells me to take a walk down to a store half a block down to break my $50!Really?! Honestly! Do not waste your time going to this Starbucks! If I could give them negative stars, I would.
