I dont normally leave bad reviews but today I was very upset here! I ordered my drink it was supposed to ve a creme Frappuccino... but they gave it to me with coffee I had my bf go back in and let them know , I waited next thing you know I realized 20minutes go by and I wonder why it's taking so long I go in hes sitting there looking mad cause they didnt make the drink at alltill I came in it took them an extra 10 MINUTES and they where highly rude! For Saturday morning we were looking to have breakfast and I decided to have coffee and breakfast from Starbucks. From the menu,... I ordered Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites. The order was ready in 5-10 minutes. The egg biteswere warmed and heated. The coffee was delicious and loved the cold coffee. It was delicious as well as the egg bites weredelicious and tasty. Coffee and egg bites from Starbucks made my day. Read more
This store is BUSY, but they have made a lot of improvements over the last few months. They?re clean, fast, efficient, and their... beverage quality is consistent. They have a new team, so it?s fun interacting with them and seeing them build their skills. Theyare all so friendly and helpful. They always have a line in the drive thru, as well as through the lobby. Their seating isalways packed with tourists, seaworld employees, and regulars who live nearby. It is definitely a great experience. They aresome of the hardest workers I?ve ever seen. Love the Seaworld team and their drinks! Read more
This store has done a LOT of work. They?re clean, organized, welcoming, great service, management, and an energetic team. They... are the oldest store within their district, and you can tell by their vintage interior. I love how they troubleshoot through allof their layout complexities and prioritize all of their customers. Huge kudos to them and all of the work they?ve done as ateam for this location. Long, narrow layout. Very close to Sea World on I Drive. Drive thru window has space for a lot of cars and can still get backed... up in the morning. One of the few Starbucks with armchairs. Are they bringing them back with remodels? That would be awesome.They have outdoor seating . Seems like parking lot can get full with 2 restaurants using the same lot. You can walk from 4hotels. Lived in Seattle for nine years and you would think they could even come close to the excellent service and extra friendly... staff of this Orlando based store. They are efficient and go out of their way to make you happy. Always with a smile.. mobileorders are prompt.in store orders are prompt.
