Great, convenient spot for a cup of coffee and a quick snack. Very busy. Could have more tables to enjoy your purchase at.

Great Starbucks location in the Florida Hotel, that is clean and well staffed. Our order was processed quickly to get coffees... and pastries into our systems. We will be back tomorrow for passion fruit tea. Read more

Just so you know, the employees working on September 2 are closing their machines early! I came at 7:30pmto order a frappucino... and then they told me no the frozen machines are closed so then i asked for a cold drink and they also denied to make it. Butthey close at 8 pm ? Unbelievable service. Will not recommend coming here at all. Read more

This is a decent Starbucks location and the food I got was cooked properly. Customer service was so so the folks were not very... attentive and were too busy cleaning to attempt to help. After what appeared to be a customer service manager was upfrontcleaning the counter down for them and made note of me being there one of the young ladies turned around and assisted me. Mindyou I did say hello when I first walked up and they did look up and see me. One thing I am not okay with is after checking outthe young lady checking me out grabbed her tip jar and stuck it down in front of me and then moved it a couple times as if tosuggest I needed to tip her right then. Having been in customer service for quite some time and being a former server I do notexpect that kind of behavior out of a restaurant. I could understand leaving it there where people can see it but to move itwhen a customer comes up is not okay. Especially somebody who did not order coffee requiring a little more extra effort.Especially given how much Starbucks is paying its employees now there is no excuse for that behavior. even though they werewiping down counters they weren't really paying attention to cleaning details as I went to go sit down and found a discardedstraw and other rappers etc in my seat. While I could understand this if it had just happened the seats had been clear for agood 15 minutes and they had just literally gone through and cleaned everything. Proximity to the hotel makes this anadvantageous location but as far as quality for Starbucks goes it's subpar. Gaining access is easy as it is on the back side inbetween the hotel and the mall. Seating was available in a decent amount however it was uncomfortably designed chairs for themost part which is somewhat expected nowadays as customer service has shifted from being customer service to usher customers inand out as fast as possible.
