Unfortunately terrible customer service. When we got to pick up our order, they only had one drink ready. I asked the barista... Savion, he gave me a horrible attitude and said "yours is next". Then when done, he just left on the counter, he saw me rightthere and didn't even acknowledged me. That's why we left to never come back. They need to have better customer service. Read more
Good most of the time. I have been stopping here nearly everyday while I'm in training. order the same thing every day a... mocha. So far I've gotten a mocha most of the time, a white chocolate mocha once (didn't order that) and what seemed to be ahot chocolate that should have been a mocha, it could have had coffee in it I guess but I couldn't tell. So out of a possible11 drinks so far, I've gotten 9 right. Read more
Very efficient serve for how busy this location is. It?s right by the airport so it can get pretty crowded. However the team is... big and if you?re patient enough to let them do their thing they will have your items out in no time!!! Read more
One of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They clearly prioritize the drive thru. If you are going in you better have... half an hour to wait. Register has been down, mobile ordering down. Guess it's time to find a new coffee shop in the area. ???? Read more
