Was looking for a fire pit BBQ while in Orlando. This place was Fantastic!!! Ribs smoke with nice bark and smoke ring. Wasn\'t... to soft where it fell off the bone but bit off the bone. just the way i like them. Mac & Cheese and coleslaw was really good.only thing missing was slice brisket. Unknowingly, we discovered a new staple in our diet. From the mac and cheese to the brisket everything has such a defined... signature of true passion in the cooking. The restaurant maybe on the smaller side, but with massive flavor this food packs itwon\'t stay that way for long!! Hats off to Jay and his team, they are truly dedicated to their craft. We tried and recommendthe following beef ribs (Saturday\'s only), chicken, pork ribs, and brisket. Jay was kind enough to share a sample of thebrisket which we had to take to go as we had no more room ????. First found them at the Farmers Market at Lake Eola and the food was delicious! I had the brisket with mac & beans and my date... had ribs and mac. SO good. Came back for another event the next weekend and walked around until I found them again! Greatcustomer service too Read more
Baby I woke up thinking about this food especially the greens, they melt in your mouth. My greens didn’t make it out of the... parking lot. The ribs were delicious great smoke flavor and tender! The service was top notch with great staff! You can tastethe love in the food. Best bbq I’ve had in a very long time!
