Update: Manager really knows their customer service. Staff does not. Thank you for your assistance regarding this matter! Gives... cold ingredients when they mess up the order instead of just remaking it. How am I supposed to reassemble a burger whiledriving?Doesn?t know how many slices standard come on a burger to properly give extra. Employees questioned that I even orderedwhat I came back to ask for since I had paid for the extra toppings. I have them my receipt to prove myself and did not receiveit back. I saw the bad reviews and figured they were just exaggerated - they were not. This location is slow and all the employees would... rather stand around talking than help customers or bring out food in a timely manner. I placed a mobile order? for to-go? andthey didn?t have lids for the drinks. When I asked how I was supposed to get my drinks home their solution was to stare at meand offer a drink carrier. I cannot make this up. Very unprofessional. Will NOT be going back and I?d recommend going toliterally any other burger place. Read more
I walked into the restaurant to place my order and there was nobody in the restaurant and yet after waiting five minutes and... having five employees look at me no one ever took my order. One of the employees was even eating in front of me. At this point Idecided to go out to my car and use the drive-through. I placed my my order for a shake and shake cheeseburger. When I got backto my hotel I realize that I was given a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it! that plain cheeseburger with nothing on it andmy small shack cost over $12. We ordered takeout from app - overall the food is not bad, just like the same shake shack quality.
Totally overpriced for 3 meals?. 50 bucks ? Taste of meat was like old fat. Fries were partly raw.
A very clean restaurant and has great service. We drove past yesterday evening in the rain. I decided to give it a try for the... first time and I love how the menu is so easy to read and order.
