Update: Manager really knows their customer service. Staff does not. Thank you for your assistance regarding this matter! Gives... cold ingredients when they mess up the order instead of just remaking it. How am I supposed to reassemble a burger whiledriving?Doesn?t know how many slices standard come on a burger to properly give extra. Employees questioned that I even orderedwhat I came back to ask for since I had paid for the extra toppings. I have them my receipt to prove myself and did not receiveit back. I saw the bad reviews and figured they were just exaggerated - they were not. This location is slow and all the employees would... rather stand around talking than help customers or bring out food in a timely manner. I placed a mobile order? for to-go? andthey didn?t have lids for the drinks. When I asked how I was supposed to get my drinks home their solution was to stare at meand offer a drink carrier.
